David holds the world record as the youngest polar explorer to ski the 800km across the Arctic Ocean to the North Pole unsupported by either dogs or resupply, a 90day trek from winter through spring. The three person team, sponsored primarily by Japanese corporations, created history in both Japan and New Zealand as the first successful expedition from either country to complete the journey.
Married to a Japanese national, David has a long term commitment to Japan. |

Yoko has spent the last six years working in the search industry. Immediately prior to joining the Global Capital 3 K.K. team she was employed by a top five global executive search firm. Yoko's strength in building strong relationships with clients and candidates has helped her executed numerous senior level searches. As an experienced coach she enjoys assisting busy executives evaluate the risks and rewards of a potential opportunity and gain the confidence to make an informed career choice.
Before entering the executive search business Yoko worked for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Division in Tokyo where she was extensively involved in introducing restructuring ideas to Japanese real estate investors. This followed her initial career with Kajima Corporation, the biggest general contractor in Japan. She spent two years in London responsible for Kajima's real estate development projects. |
